MAT 496  -  Advanced Perspectives in Secondary Mathematics

Credit Hours: 3
Corequisite: 6 semester hours of mathematics courses at the 300-400 level. Open only to majors in mathematics with teaching licensure. Students examine key ideas in high school mathematics from an advanced perspective. Under faculty supervision, students read, discuss, investigate, and present reports on mathematical topics beyond the students’ courses of study.
