HST 395 - Readings in History

Prerequisite: Any HST course or consent of instructor. Focus on a close reading of current and classical historical scholarship around a chosen theme in a small-class environment. Students will discuss and critique course readings; close attention will be paid to developing discussion and writing skills as well as historiographical knowledge. May be repeated once with a different instructor.
