REC 475 - Advanced Human Resource Management in Recreation

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: REC 375 ; REC majors and minors only or with consent of instructor. Examination and investigation of contemporary human resource management principles and techniques in the management of recreation services. Human resource management motivational theories and practices. In-depth case study analysis, simulations, and hands-on practical experiences.
