REC 330  -  Managing Recreation Service Quality

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: REC 375 , REC majors and minors only or by permission of instructor. Principles of managing and delivering leisure services by recreational organizations or agencies. Emphasis on how to build a service quality information system, formulate a service strategy, develop service personnel, and organize service delivery and recovery.
