PLS 300 - American Constitutional Law I Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: PLS 101 or consent of instructor. Analytical study of U.S. Supreme Court decisions affecting separation of powers and individual rights. The powers of the judicial, executive, and legislative branches of national government; the relationships among these branches; and the federal system.
