MUS 185 - Symphonic Band

Credit Hours: 1

The Symphonic Band is an outstanding ensemble consisting of highly talented woodwind, brass and percussion players, including both music majors and non-music majors. Enrollment is open to all UNCW students with previous instrumental experience and the necessary skills to perform on a wind or percussion instrument. Three rehearsal hours per week and typically two concerts each semester. May be repeated for credit. Partially satisfies University Studies II: Approaches and Perspectives/Aesthetic, Interpretive, and Literary Perspectives.
