(551 ) Enrollment in this course is restricted to students accepted into the Doctorate in Educational Leadership Program . This course covers the study of major theories and practices of learning, student development, and advising and counseling. Topics also include meeting the needs of diverse learners and supporting culturally diverse students in higher education settings.
