EDL 609 - Organizational Development: Structure, Processes and Practices Credits: 3
Enrollment in this course is restricted to students accepted into the Doctorate in Educational Leadership Program . Provides students with the theory, knowledge and practices necessary to identify and understand the change processes involved in managing and sustaining organizations. Philosophical, ethical, social and economic issues impacting educational organizations will be identified for analysis and problem-solving.
