REC 392 - Organization and Leadership of Recreational Sports

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: REC 265 , REC majors and minors only. Emphasis on the development of practical leadership skills, provided in a framework for understanding leadership dynamics. Evaluation and assessment of various leadership methods and techniques. Field work required.
