SCI 511 - Advanced General Biology Credits: 3
This course will present a comprehensive overview of fundamental biological concepts, with particular emphasis on those that are identified as competency goals in the NC Standard Course of Study. The course will follow an inquiry-based approach, and use discussion and interpretation of scientific studies to demonstrate the acquisition of scientific knowledge. It is appropriate for science education graduate students with degrees outside of the discipline.
