MBA 551 - Management Strategy Credits: 2 An intensive course emphasizing the firm’s choice of strategy, scope and organization. Major theoretical paradigms will be used to evaluate a firm’s strategy and the determinants of competitive advantage. Topics include: strategic direction, macro and micro environmental analysis, corporate and business level strategies and implementation issues.
