LIC 511 - Middle Grades Internship

Credits: 6

Corequisite: All courses in the Professional Core and a 3.0 GPA as required by UNCW Graduate School. A full-time internship within a candidate’s certifiable teaching area(s). Students engage in a variety of supervised instructional activities, assuming an increasing amount of responsibility for all phases of classroom instruction. Successful completion of the internship leads to initial teacher licensure.
