Enrollment in this course is restricted to students accepted into the Doctorate in Educational Leadership Program. Provides sources, strategies, and management of unit internal and external funds. Assist in the development of grant proposals, donor prospects, business partnerships, and the personnel and financial management of both internal and external funding budgets through private, state, and federal compliance regulations.
