REC 430 - Managing Recreation Service Quality

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: REC 375 , REC majors only. Principles of managing and delivering leisure services by recreational organizations or agencies. Emphasis on how to build a service quality information system, formulates a service strategy, develop service personnel, and organize service delivery and recovery.
