EVS 472 - Coastal Protected Areas Management

Credits: 3
Prerequisites: EVS 195  and EVS 360  or consent of the Instructor. Study of resource management focused on protected areas maintained by government agencies and by private non-profit organization. Emphasis will be on natural area significance, site selection, management plan development, policy formulation, protection options, use conflicts, and public relations.
