EVS 281 - Introduction to Geographic Information Systems in Environmental Sciences

Prerequisite: EVS 195  or consent of instructor. An introduction to how GIS works and how it is used as a tool to address environmental management/study issues. An applied perspective on a fundamental tool for today’s environment manager/scientist. Two lecture and three lab hours each week.
