Prerequisite: CRW 207. Prequisites or corequisites: CRW 208 and CRW 209. Restricted to CRW majors and pre-CRW majors. Study of the aesthetics and technique of fiction, and the history of fictional forms such as the epic, the short story, and the novel, as developed by classic and contemporary writers.
