PLS 301 - American Constitutional Law II

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: PLS 101  or consent of instructor. Analytical study of U.S. Supreme Court decisions affecting separation of powers and individual rights. Individual rights and liberties other than procedural rights of persons involved with the criminal justice system.
