REC 475 - Advanced Human Resource Management and Financing Recreation Services

Prerequisite: REC 375 , REC majors and minors only. Examination and investigation of contemporary human resource management and financial management principles and techniques in the management of parks and recreation services. Human resource management motivational theories and practices. In-depth case study analysis and hands-on practical experiences.
