Prerequisite: REC majors only or permission of instructor. Introduction to the specialized profession of destination resort and/or spa management and its ongoing evolution. Skill sets including managing guest activity, planning and packaging adventure experiences, dealing with seasonal staff turnover, and the technological and ethical considerations of operating a day spa.
