The university currently owns or manages residence facilities for over 5,500 students consisting of traditional residence halls, suites, and apartment style buildings.
All buildings are equipped with air-conditioning, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi. New incoming freshmen will be required to reside in university owned or managed housing for their first and second year, unless an application for exemption is approved. More information about the two-year residency requirement and possible exemptions can be found on the Housing and Residence Life Website.
2026-2027 Housing Rates
Room rates include: furniture, rent, utilities, and internet.
The term of this agreement is two semesters unless this agreement is expressly approved by the Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life or his/her designee for the spring semester only. The housing rate is paid on a semester basis.
The University reserves the right to change on-campus housing rates at any time without prior notice. A non-refundable $150 housing application fee must be remitted with each completed housing agreement. Timely submission of the housing contract and $150 housing fee is highly recommended.
