EXS 420 - Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning II
This course is designed to provide an in-depth overview of the practical/applied principles of strength and conditioning. Emphasis is placed on applying knowledge of testing and evaluation, exercise techniques, organization and administration and program design.
Credit Hours: 3
Corequisite Courses: EXSL 420
Prerequisite Courses: EXS 410 with a “C” or better.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to Exercise Science (EXS) majors only or permission of instructor.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
