ART 365 - Typography
Overview of the conceptual, formal, and technical issues of typography. The history of typography, the anatomy of letter forms, classifications of type, visual syntax, legibility, and technology. Exercises and projects emphasize production of visual communication for print using typography as the dominant element.

Prerequisite Courses: ART 260
