SWK 571 - Advanced Standing Strengths-Based Solution-Focused Collaboration in Social Work Practice II Course Description: This course continues the content of SWK 500 by building further student basic strengths-based and collaborative relationship skills necessary for strengths based generalist social work practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Students will further enhance and refine their skills by mastering a fundamental understanding of systems and narrative theory as well as a beginning understanding or motivational and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
