NSG 690 - Improving Health Outcomes: Understanding Social Determinants and Global Justice Course Description: This course focuses on the regional populations of families, children, adults and the elderly living in rural and underserved areas. Theories, models, principles and evidence for health promotion will be discussed, critiqued and implemented to better understand global justice and social determinants of health. Planning for this course includes travel abroad to observe and learn about health care systems managmement from a global perspective.
