SEC 528 - Secondary School Organization Course Description: Examination of the organizational structure of high schools with the primary focus on developing the knowledge and skills needed to be effective teacher leaders. Changes in curriculum and instruction, and the role of school leadership are discussed. Exemplary models of high school reform, as well as current issues at the secondary level, are examined.
