SCI 520 - Advanced Introduction to Environmental Studies Course Description: This course will present a comprehensive overview of environmental studies concepts with particular emphasis on those identified as competency goals in the NC Standard Course of Study. The course will follow an inquiry-based approach to demonstrate interrelationships between scientific and non-scientific areas of knowledge that affect our daily lives and the entire planet. Designed for science or education graduate students with degrees outside the discipline.
