FST 200 - Introduction to Film Study

Credits: 3
Introduction to film study, including analysis of cinematography, editing, composition, performance, sound, and narrative. Films drawn from various national cinemas, representing diverse styles, periods, and genres. Three lecture hours and two screening hours each week. Partially satisfies University Studies II: Approaches and Perspectives/Aesthetic, Interpretive, and Literary Perspectives.
