EXS 412 - Facilitating Behavior Change

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: EXS 320  and EXSL 320 . Restricted to Exercise Science (EXS) majors only or permission by instructor. Must have minimum cumulative GPA of 2.70. Study of behavioral principles as they relate to exercise participants, the exercise environment and adherence to a physically active lifestyle. Emphasis on practical application of behavior modification strategies related to exercise adherence.
