BIO 471 - Phytoplankton

Credits: 4
Prerequisite: BIO 201 and BIO 202 or consent of instructor. Introduction to the biology of freshwater and marine microalgae. Focus on morphology, life histories, physiology, systematics and ecology. Three lecture and three laboratory hours each week.
