PLS 502 - Public Human Resources Development and Administration Credits: 3 The study of policies, methods and techniques utilized in the public human resource function. Special attention is given to challenges reflecting contemporary demands in the areas of recruitment, training, compensation, performance evaluation, motivation, labor relations, sexual harassment, and diversity in the public workforce.
