BUS 624 - Budget, Finance, Accounting, Project ManagementCredits: (3)
This course is designed to prepare educational leaders to: 1) Develop strategic plans consistent with the needs of their region and relevant stakeholders, 2) develop short-term and long term budgets in alignment with their strategic plans, 3) understand financial reports in order to monitor the performance of their organization and progress towards goals and 4) review project management tools and other methods designed to manage large and small projects.
