HST 571 - Care and Management of Historical Collections

Prerequisite or co-requisite: HST 500  or PLS 500  and permission of instructor. Introduction to the theory and practice of historical collections in museums worldwide. Topics include collections in cultural and historical context, policy development, documentation, registration, conservation, and storage.
