(HST 359 ) Prerequisite: PAR 242  or HST 106  or consent of instructor. Religious thought and action concerning social change in modern America. Topics include urban revivalism, labor, civil rights, and peace movements. Emphasis on differing interpretations of scripture, church teachings, and religious identity.
