Prerequisites: MGT 356 , MGT 358 and admission to Cameron School of Business. Study the processes associated with transforming organizations in a world of continuous change. Particular attention on leadership skills, ethics, organizational structure, and corporate culture with the shared purpose of fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational performance. Partially satisfies University Studies IV: Building Competencies/Writing Intensive.
