WPA 101 - Wellness and Physical ActivityIntroduces students to the fundamental concepts and practical experiences associated with the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual components of wellness. Promotes behavioral changes to enhance well-being and lifelong maintenance of personal health and fitness. Lecture and physical activity/lab are required components. Prerequisite for online lab sections: Permission of instructor. Credit Hours: 0 To 2 Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Prerequisite for online lecture/lab sections: Extension student status.
